Appointments:

I.G.B will always do it's best to accommodate your requests, but we highly recommend you book your Goddess Beauty appointments 2- 3 weeks in advance.

​

You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment for any service,

(Appointments must be made for anyone under 18 by a parent or guardian).

In order to preserve the peaceful and tranquil experience that I.G.B guests have come to expect and to comply with insurance guidelines, you must be at least 14 to be on the premises of Island Girl Boutique.

 

No Children or guest's allowed to accompany client's during I.G.B appointments.

A major credit card is required to make a payment plan or Goddess Membership reservation with Island Girl Boutique.

Cancellations:

The time needed for the service or Goddess Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you!

If you need to cancel a Beauty appointment or reschedule one,

I.G.B requires a minimum of 12-Hours-notice for individual services and

24 hours on Goddess packages. Please email or text us at 709-214-8009

Island Girl Boutique reserve the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this Cancellation Policy.

​

50% of the service will be charged for cancellations and changes made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Any cancellations, NO Show's or changes made within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Please plan to arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment so the next guest will not be delayed, and you will be charged for the full appointment.

If you are more then 15 min late for your appointment, the appointment will be canceled & your credit card will be charged 100% of the appointment.

 

All Island Girl Boutique Members receive a one time a year emergency cancellation. you will not be charge for this appointment.

If it is your first visit to I.G.B you will need to fill out a waiver & forms for our records. If you have any questions or inquiries, please ask by email or text.

Check In:

To receive full value of the service, please arrive promptly.  If you are a new client we ask that you arrive on time. No earlier or later then 5min.

Restrictions:

To receive the splendor and full pampering of your service we would like to suggest that you please turn your cell phone off or on silent while inside the Boutique.

We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items.

Any sexual or unethical solicitations are not tolerated and will result in non-completion of your service and could be reported to authorities.

Island Girl Boutique is a smoke free Boutique.

Health, Allergies, or Pregnancy Considerations:

When making a booking or visiting I.G.B, please make sure to notify us if you have any health conditions, limitations, allergies to medications or fruits, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant.

Please alert the therapist immediately for any discomfort during your treatment.

It is suggested but not required after I.G.B services it would be more comfortable for you if you are free of work, responsibility, operating a motor vehicle, restrictive clothes.

Allow a couple of hours after service before showering, using deodorant, perfume or body lotion .

If you are scheduled for a SunnaTan air brush body treatments, you will be asked to remove appropriate clothing in a private area.

What to Wear:

Comfortable loose fitting clothes

Robe and slippers will be provided for you when you book a Goddess package.

(After Covid 19 restrictions are lifted)

If you are scheduled for a facial services of any kind, I.G.B encourage you not wear make-up prior to your service.

Please let us know if you are wearing contact lenses.

 I.G.B also suggest you let us know if you are using skin medications before doing your treatment.

Gift Cards:

Island Girl Boutique Gift Cards are always welcomed and can be used towards your treatment. They will be honored for all in Studio Services, products or boutique purchases and are not redeemable for cash. Your Gift Card should be presented at checkout, otherwise you will be responsible for any charges incurred during your visit to the Boutique.

Gift Cards are available for purchase in Studio.

You can also order over the phone at 587-338-5850 In-Studio pick up.

Payments:

I.G.B accepts Cash, all major Credit cards, Debit cards, Paypal, E-Transfer, Payment Plan & Island Girl Boutique Gift Cards.

I.G.B charges $25.00 a day for late payments 24 hours after service.

 

Gratuities:

Gratuities (or tips) are not included in I.G.B prices, but are highly appreciated.

The standard gratuity is 15% – 20% of the cost of service provided.

On Parties & Events of 3 or more a 15% gratuity will be included.
